Eating Healthy.


       Today o lot of people don't worry about their eating habits. We should be more concerned because we are starting to see a lot of people suffering from health problems such as diabetes and obesity. First, people with diabetes and high Cholesterol would weigh less if they ate healthier food. In addition, people should pay attention to the things they eat so that they can improve their overall health.                  

       First of all, people with diabetes and high cholesterol don't see the consequences of their actions each time they junk or fast food because they are hungry. 

      The food that they eat contains a lot of fat, like chicken nuggets from McDonald's or Burger King. Thus, people should always watch what they eat if they have diabetes or their cholesterol goes up. 

Second, diet has been changed during the last few years, and many people develop bad habits associated with eating. Thus, people need to be responsible and take charge of their diet. 

In conclusion, people should focus more on eating healthy food for their own benefit.
